Words from Judavd (OP) two exchange transactions totaling 500 AVAX have been stuck on Exolix for four months. Support has been unresponsive and the issue remains unresolved. Based on this experience, I advise avoiding Exolix their liquidity appears unreliable and they may rely on third‑party LPs.

Support timeline:
  • Initial reply: “Your funds are currently frozen by our LP.”
  • Five months later: “We apologize… we are ready to assist. Please complete KYC: photo of your ID, a selfie with the ID, a video showing you and the document, and a brief explanation of your funds’ source.”

Note to the community from Trêvoid

Do not use Exolix until they improve responsiveness and transparency; beware of long freezes and sudden KYC demands.
