Warning Possible Issue with SnapEX Swap (USDT → BTC)

I used SnapEX to test a swap two days ago: I created an order to exchange 15 USDT for BTC and sent the payment, but the exchange never detected the transfer and the order page stayed stuck. I'm not sure if this is a technical problem, but it needs to be investigated and fixed other users should be warned.

Beware when using snapex I paid, but the exchange never detected the transfer and the order stayed stuck. Avoid using SnapEX until this is confirmed fixed.
