I am writing to share a distressing experience regarding my recent transaction on ChangeNOW.io. Despite having a history of successful exchanges, my latest transaction involving 200,000 XRP (valued at approximately $440,000) has been halted.
After initiating the transfer 40 days ago, the platform requested KYC documentation. I complied immediately, providing detailed information regarding my source of funds for four consecutive days. Since then, communication has stalled entirely. Despite my persistent follow-ups every 48 hours, I have received no updates, and my funds remain frozen.
