I found that goblinswap(.)io and spectreswap(.)org repeatedly reuse Bitcoin deposit addresses, which is a red flag that can enable selective scamming. I created multiple orders and observed the same wallet addresses used across different swaps.

Examples (orders → reused BTC address):
  • goblinswap: several swaps (1 BTC, 0.59 BTC, 0.2 BTC, 0.64 BTC, 0.413 BTC, 0.52 BTC) → bc1qw4kknzu0e20txc7ss0j9ur9kkeey6pyd02wa5c
  • goblinswap: several swaps (0.9 BTC, 2 BTC, 0.76 BTC, 1.04 BTC, 0.18 BTC) → bc1qlvkultns49t3kg6cz87naqj0tsl0rv3vpy564f
  • goblinswap: several swaps (0.5 BTC, 1.5 BTC, 0.83 BTC) → bc1qjcsrmw32w3weegv997lyz6ccjw0j83usfyjdeh
  • goblinswap: several swaps (1.3 BTC, 1.2 BTC, 0.49 BTC, 1.22 BTC, 0.66 BTC) → bc1qc8qm3u9yqrq5tcsuarrudrkcqqs0yty6rlreep
  • spectreswap: multiple swaps (0.9 BTC, 0.15 BTC, 0.1 BTC, 1.1 BTC, 2 BTC, 0.33 BTC, 0.44 BTC, 0.92 BTC) → bc1q38quql8xmyv8spm6xq6hc8rcy20htdeg8auln8
Update (June 6, 2026):
  • MetaMask flagged GoblinSwap as a phishing site.
  • The sites remain online exercise caution and avoid depositing funds to them until further verification.
